Class Schedule and rates
I came back to Crossfit after being away from it for 2 years. Needless to say I was apprehensive about coming back because I knew I wasn't in the shape I was when I stopped. I was also worried about the potential for injury because I was not familiar with the techniques of Olympic lifting. I came by CFIT and met with Coard, we talked about my concerns and my current level of fitness. After talking with Coard I decided to see if these guys really were all about teaching the technique regardless of skill level. I've been back for almost 2 months and I can't say enough good things about Coard and Caine. They bring a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to the box and spend the time working with me or anyone else on every movement until I feel comfortable and can perform the exercise properly. They focus on everyone during the WOD, constantly encouraging and instructing us to keep our form and push ourselves. They bring a positive and upbeat attitude everyday; I look forward to going to the gym and I hate the days I can't make it by.Ryan Wathen
Upon the arrival of the Wilkes family, I was strictly a crossfitter with ambitious goals but lacking the strength necessary to achieve them. After months of continuous crossfitting and no recognizable progress, I wanted to shake things up and do something different. So I took on a day of the Wilkes' weightlifting program, Little League Weightlifting, at CFIT. I can genuinely say that since that day, I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall strength, performance, and confidence. Because the Wilkes Weightlifting program has been so enjoyable, it is questionable if I will ever return to a 100% crossfitter.
