Kettlebell deadlifts, side to side hops, kipping swings, and squats.

Repeat 2 times.

Push Press

Presses:  Begin with Dumbbells and transition to Barbell Presses to work on technique.

Enter weight of double Dumbbell Presses

WOD (3 Rounds for reps)

AMRAP in 3 minutes of: 3 Rounds

2 Presses

4 Pull ups

6 Hurdle Jumps

Rest 1 minute

Skill -Power Clean

10 minutes to find a 3 rep max power clean
