Station 2 – :30s Warrior Squats + 5 Air Squats

Station 3 – :50s Row (light pace)

Station 4 – 5-8 Kip swings + 3 Inchworms with push up

Station 5 – :50s Row (light pace)

Station 6 – 5 Table tops with 5 second hold at top
