5. Barbell good mornings 10-12

1. Deltoid Raises (front-side)
2. Plank walk ups 10/side
3. Bulgarian Split squats 8-10/leg
4. Double DB Z press 20-30 seconds
5. Hamstring curls on rower 10 reps
