30 sec sampson stretch (each side)
10 Leg swings 5 each side (forward/backward & side to side)
Barbell chest opener on rig
Barbell warm up
Weightlifting
Front Squat (25 sec max reps 35 sec rest for 3 rounds)
Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)
1 min bench press
1 min DB alt. hang clean & jerk
1 min ab mat sit ups
1 min bike
1 min REST
