We’ll be doing some Murph prep for the next month. So if there are pull ups or pushing movements during the week, please keep that in mind and scale or modify as needed.

15 air squats

100m run

then…

*cash out row: 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m

**:30 rest between each interval

Rx+ with a vest for the everything but rowing
