Every minute on the minute

minute 1 – 5 Power Cleans (not to exceed 60% of 1RM)

minute 2 – 50 ft. walking lunges

minute 3 – 8 light good mornings

minute 4 – Double DB Overhead Waiters Carry

minute 5 -15 GHD’s/15 abmat sit ups

Then…

8×250/200m row/or 10/8cal bike with :30 rest between intervals. (These are sprints!)
